This is a very cool instrument. At its core the guitar is a USA Fender Stratocaster. The only difference is that it has one less tone control. However, when using the on-board electronics this guitar becomes many different guitars. The electronics allow this guitar to emulate an ash strat, telecaster, stratocaster with two humbuckers and an acoustic guitar. When using the modeled guitars you also have five different tunings available to you. This is a great guitar for practicing with.
